Intel, LCCI celebrates Technology Day | The News Tribe

Lahore: Intel Pakistan in collaboration with the Lahore Chamber of Commerce & Industries held a two-day event ?Intel SMB Technology Day? to showcase latest technology solutions for increasing business productivity offered by Intel.

The event was inaugurated by the LCCI Vice President Mian Abuzar Shad and Intel Pakistan Country Manager Naveed Siraj. Intel Technology Day provides the small and medium business owners with access to a unique forum which showcase the latest products and technology solutions for increasing business productivity. The program included networking opportunities with Intel partners along with extensive technology showcase.

Speaking on the occasion Naveed Siraj said that Intel was committed to investing in the next generation of innovators and supporting community needs at the local standard to create a lasting impact. Small and Medium Business sector is the backbone of our economy in Pakistan and we are proud to be a facilitating their digital empowerment, which would not only boost their productivity and efficiency but also impact the economy on a macro level.

Intel Platinum Partners including Viper Technology, Galaxy Computers, Micro-Inn (Pvt) Ltd, Synergy Computers, Techmen Automation, Computer? Tips, SKIF Enterprises also showcased PC solutions including all in one PCs, Ultrabooks, next unit of computing, SMB, Servers and various other leading edge technology solutions catering to the SMB segment. Microsoft and SMEDA also showcased their SMB solutions.

LCCI Vice President Mian Abuzar Shad said that Intel Pakistan was doing a great service by giving awareness about latest technologies in vogue in the developed countries. He said that the only objective of supporting such events was to equip the business community with modern technology and techniques.

The LCCI VP said that there was no second opinion about it that only those businesses would have global partners that have grasp over Information Technology. ?He said that the it is an age of information technology and one can earn a huge amount at the cost of very minimum amount.
