IPhone 4 4.21 bb 3.10.01 Bloob Problem.

Hello. All I have a simple question?
I just got this iphone is BRAND NEW Never registered that I purchased from ebay and received today. With 4.21 bb 3.10.01 Here is the pic.

Now I also formated my pc WINDOWS 7 64bit. and Donwload the latest TU. I just connected NEW iphone to save the SHSH Bloobs for the first time and this is what I got..

Question 1.- WHY IS SHOWING 5.1.1 as the current SHSH Bloob FIRMWARE on the iphone?
Question 2.- ON THE FIRST PIC CIRCLE SHOULD SAY Iphone4 4.2.1 (8c148)
Question 3.- Can someone Tell me if I should Upgrade firmware with preserving baseband is recommended. (redsnow PWNED method) also I will be unlocking with Latest Gevey SIM.
Question 4.- Can someone point me to a tutorial on how to upgrade Firmware to watever recommended and preserving baseband PLEASE? Or just stay at 4.2.1 is better and not messing with it...

The first 2 question are my main concerned.. I DO NOT UNDERTAND WHY THIS PHONE I have saved other bloobs for other phones and they are all are on different versions here is the pic.... FROM GOOGLE THAT KIND OF EXPLAINS MY PROBLEM.. WHY WHY WHY..
